Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

I had tried to contact about 10 companies to get our heater/ on demand hot water heater replaced. Addario's was the only one who responded immediately and was able to fit us into their schedule to get the work done. We had contact with at least 8 staff people in various capacities, and all were professional, polite and knowledgeable. We also appreciated the senior discount for our project and assistance with the MassSave rebate process.. It has been difficult for us to find service people since we move to Gloucester.
