"I lost my husband two yrs ago unexpectedly and decided this year I would decorate outside a bit. This wonderful man did a beautiful job. He came by today to pick up his ladder and saw me struggling to put Banners up. I was literally crying before he showed up because my husband did all this and I just couldn't figure it out. Well he insisted on putting up the banners and then flipped a switch on brick around the landscaping and all these lights started twinkling. It was so beautiful. "This is only directed at the tool and service rental area. Youngish man (guessing from voice) working there, answering the phone, is very, very unpleasant. Needed to rent a tool, wouldn't go to computer to see when it was supposed to be returned- even after calling multiple times to SEE if it had been returned. We are going to a different location. Very sad, as there are some great workers there. Generously giving 2 stars since he answered the phone. ?"
