They had great suggestions for improvements and helped us stay within our budget while still taking care of the things that needed to be done. They were prompt and worked quickly; the only hiccup was on our side with a delivery issue, and they were able to work around it and keep the project rolling. "I asked the owner if he could install LVT and he confirmed he could but he would send his son to complete the job. I requested to install the LVT in my mud room and half bath. His son was a nice guy but did a below average job installing the tile. He struggled using the glue. He started out using too much glue. By the time he completed the job he left glue all over the tile. There was glue on the walls and on the trim. It was very difficult to clean up. He also made a few mistakes installing the shoe mould. Instead of fixing it he left the mistake. I had to reapply caulk because he missed some areas. The job looked rushed and I was left fixing a lot of errors. I attached a few pictures for reference. "
