"Update review in April 2025. This company removed a bathtub and installed a walk in shower in November 2024. I recently learned that they did not obtain a permit and required in my city. Unfortunately the shower pan is not pitched properly so water pools in the corner. After numerous attempts to reach the company (phone always goes to voicemail) Steve scheduled and appointment with me to inspect the shower. He did not show up or call to cancel. The city inspected the shower and it failed inspection. They fined Premier Homes Pros twice. I reported the company to the BBB and Michigan Attorney Generals Office. As of today, Premier Home Pros has not contacted me or made an effort to resolve the issue or refund my money. Corporate office is in Ohio but they have an office in Farmington Hills MI. Neither phone number is answered by a person and calls are never returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They advertise 1 day installation which is only possible because they don't obtain permits!"

"Professional and courteous workers. They did a beautiful job of enlarging and updating shower area to accommodate handicap issues. They asked questions and asked for our input. Also, very thorough with clean up. Our main installers were Tom H,& Matt C. At the wrap up of the project. 2 co-workers Nik K. and Deanthony J. Joined them to help wind up the project. If we decide to update our other bathrooms they will definitely be our team."

"I had my bathroom tub replaced. The worker was solo and completed the whole project in 2 days. His name is Zack Gierada. Very professional, called to advise homeowner when he would arrive. Zack answered all my questions/concerns, very appropriate, cleaned up after himself. Worked from the moment he came until the project was completed. I would recommend his work to anyone. "Ace Kitchen and Bath We had a new cabinet and counter top Installed in our guest bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone was so great at the showroom especially Wendy. "I asked the owner if he could install LVT and he confirmed he could but he would send his son to complete the job. I requested to install the LVT in my mud room and half bath. His son was a nice guy but did a below average job installing the tile. He struggled using the glue. He started out using too much glue. By the time he completed the job he left glue all over the tile. There was glue on the walls and on the trim. It was very difficult to clean up. He also made a few mistakes installing the shoe mould. Instead of fixing it he left the mistake. I had to reapply caulk because he missed some areas. The job looked rushed and I was left fixing a lot of errors. I attached a few pictures for reference. "
