I wanted something with more horsepower and after doing some research, I decided an ejector pump would work best for my home. Tyler was very friendly and understanding of my situation. He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. I was a little apprehensive about going with a company that’s just starting out, but Tyler gave me a good feeling about their company and products. I’m very happy with the installation and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again (although I hope I never have to) for any future needs. In November of 2024, when meeting with the sales point of contact, we had a professional experience. They took about two hours to come out, hear our wants/needs, give us additional ideas, take measurements and put together a quote. We ended up awarding OBA our project Dec 2024, and the project start date was April 2025. Before the project began, it became clear that multiple items from the initial agreement and draft did not make its way to the project team that would actually be handling it. As a result, we had to approve change orders that cost us several thousands of dollars that were not a part of our original quoted figure (but would have been if everything were accurately depicted from the get-go). We were given a verbal estimate of 8-10 weeks to have the project completed (i.e. mid-June/early July 2025), and encountered many delays throughout the"
