"We decided to build an ADU on our property to create rental income, and after getting three quotes from different contractors, we went with Buildwright. It was not the cheapest quote, but after meeting Edoe, it was clear they were the most prepared. He came to the initial meeting with information about local zoning, permit requirements, and a rough project timeline. Most contractors we spoke to could not answer those questions on the spot. Edoe could. That gave us confidence right away. The ADU construction took about four months start to finish. There were inspection stages along the way and Edoe coordinated all of them without us having to chase anything down. The finished unit has a full bath, a small kitchen, good storage, and really smart use of the square footage. "I hired this company to fix existing water damage along with roofing stucco repair and bathroom remodeling at my Hollywood Hills home. the owner wasn?t attentive to my requests and didn?t add the elements I wanted to the roof. The stucco repair and bathroom remodeling were shoddy and uneven far below the standards I expected and paid for. Dust from the work spread throughout the house every day with my breathing issues this created a particularly difficult and unhealthy environment. The crew left food leftovers on the driveway almost daily piled trash at the front for days ! The job was overly priced and the owner wasn?t really present ever and after the job was done workers knock on my door asking for unpaid salary he never paid them ! I later found out most of his photos and reviews were fake all over and that he is actually holding payments to his workers thank god this job is over and I would never use them again nor recommend them to no one after all the drama and damage I faced"
