"We have a house on the hillside in Sherman Oaks and wanted to fully redesign and modernize our kitchen and do it so it would take advantage of our great valley views. The job has just been finished. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped it would be and more. We hired IND Construction. The quality of their work was first rate. The workers were invariably highly skilled, friendly and considerate. The job was completed on budget with no surprises for extras. Erez Shifferman, IND’s Senior Project Manager, and Allan Pineda, IND’s foreman for the job, guided us through all aspects of the renovation with skill and kindness. Whenever we had to choose designs, Erez and his team advised us well, demonstrating their extensive knowledge of this business. Whatever we asked to have done was done just as we requested. Whenever issues arose, Erez and Allan resolved them patiently and effectively. When a major kitchen renovation is in progress, there is a risk living in the house will become intolerable. Everything Erez, Allan and IND could do to minimize inconvenience for us was done effectively. The workers cleaned up carefully after each work day. We were surprised our lives could continue with a minimum of upheaval. We could not be happier or more grateful. Our high expectations for what our kitchen would become have been exceeded. We love how it looks, how it functions and how spectacular the views from it have become. It has been a great pleasure to have IND build it for us."

Edoe took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us understand what needed to be done. The crew worked carefully and even repaired some problems we had not noticed before. "After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. "I worked with Supreme Remodeling last year to rebuild house for me in Burbank last year. It was a long and arduous project that involved demolishing 50% of an old house down to the studs and then building an attached addition from the ground up. I sent out my completed architectural plans to at least 15 different companies, and took interviews with many of them. Received bids from maybe 5-6 different ones. Here's what the difference was. First of all, Micky the owner of Supreme remodeling took the initial meeting himself. He was in no way pushy or salesy in any way. He was patient (it took a month for me to come to a decision). I was able to look at ACTIVE construction projects that he had going on. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the new building trends and he has a good eye for design. Once I signed on, it took about 9-10 months to complete. He has a good roster of subcontractors that he works with. But his inside guys Eddie and Ronell are outstanding. In the end the real difference that sets Supreme apart has to be the service. Micky and his staff are very available and responsive. Even on a Sunday night he's active and communicating the following weeks work. If there's an issue he's on top of it. And even though the initial cost of the project was high, you definitely get what you pay for and to be honest, it is a very common experience to have contractors to offer you a lower price just to rope you into a situation where they constantly barrage you with extra charges during the project because they weren't "in the contract". All in all I would definitively work with Micky and supreme again in the future on any projects that I have coming up."

"We needed to do a kitchen remodel for a while now so we did a massive research online and by asking friends and family in our area. After meeting with all of them and explaining to them what are we looking for, what we want to do and mainly what is our budget. We received estimates from all the contractors that we met and we selected Trig Builders because Yossi was the most competitively priced and the referrals that we got on him and his company were very positive. Yossi and the workers were very easy people to work and to deal with and Yossi designed the kitchen exactly the way we wanted it with some nice additions of things that we didn’t think we will get. His suggestions about the new kitchen layout, where and what materials to buy were very helpful. Also, his advises and recommendation on where to buy the cabinets, lightings, plumbing and appliances saved us a lot of money. The end result of the new kitchen was perfect and one of the things that added a huge plus before we hired them was the warranty that included in the price of the work that they did."

"I was referred to 800 Remodeling by Angie's List, and the owner, Amir, called me literally minutes after I received the referral. I described my situation to him and we scheduled a meeting at my home for the following day. He arrived promptly and immediately introduced himself with a picture ID and his state contractor's license. After inspecting the cracks that were of concern to me in a structural post supporting a major beam, he took some pictures and promised to get back to me with some recommendations. The next day, he called just as he had promised, told me that after talking with a structural specialist he did not believe the post needed to be replaced, but nevertheless gave me a rough-order-of-magnitude estimate on what a replacement would cost, should I decide to have that done. After some additional research, I concluded that the cracks are typical and not impairing the structural integrity of the post, and decided for added insurance simply to reinforce the post with some wrap-around steel bands. Since that is a small and simple job, Amir offered to refer me to someone else to do that job for me. He did not charge me for the consultation or the time he spent in discussions with other specialists. So although I ultimately didn't hire him for this job, I was impressed by his professionalism and shall definitely be contacting him again for some larger jobs I am planning in the future."
