"It was excellent. I was more than pleased. They had a crew of more than 3 people. My house looks beautiful and brand new. They were all good and great. They work early morning all day long and they work hard. The owner is the greatest person ever work for me. He's just helpful, gracious enough, very pleasant to deal with, and very likeable person. His workers were all very polite, very nice, and they never stop working from the time they got here and from the time they left. They left everything in nice and good condition. It went smooth and great. Everybody was so complimentary. If I need anything in the future he will be the first one I'll call and I would highly recommend him to anybody."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Few months ago, we hired Eli at SES builders to do a major renovation at our house that included the kitchen, bathrooms, installation of new wood floor for the entire house on top of energy efficient double glass windows and all the doors (inside and out). We were very happy with the whole process of the work from the design stage all the way to the completion of the work. All the materials and finish products were selected by the help of Eli and he made sure always that everything will be delivered on time so the project will not get any delays. "I would highly recommend Building in Harmony for any windows installation or replacements, retrofit or new build job. They recently finished our 8-unit homeowners associated town home in Redondo Beach and did an excellent job. Michael is a pleasure to work with and spent a lot of time with us in selecting the design and model of windows that were right for the project. He started with reviewing all the various manufacturers, models and style to make sure we selected the right product. He was very willing to work with us on price and installation time frame with his ultimate aim being happiness that we got the right product and the right job done the first time. We interviewed several window companies and selected Frontier because of their capabilities, price, and willingness to work with us. The installation process for replacement windows was a very smooth operation. They could install all 12 units, approximately 70 windows in 7 days, including setup, removal of old windows, installation and clean up. The people who ran the installation were also a pleasure to work with, they really cared about the project turning out correctly and spent a lot of time with us on the last day making sure each detail was perfect. The company itself is also very respectful of personal privacy and COVID protocols to keep us safe, which we appreciated. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
