Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. "You can always spot a roof that David Keefe has done. He will give you a beautiful quality roof that you will not have to worry about. Along with the traditional hip roof I also had two flat roofs that needed repair and he was the only one who quoted "torch applied bitumen" vs cold application. Heat is essential in a flat roof replacement to prevent leaks. He provides a generous amount of plywood and wood in his estimate; most companies short you and then add on the cost after the job. He and his crew who are on his payroll (no subs) take pride in delivering the best. This is an honest reliable company that never made me feel anxious or worried about the job they were doing. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
