While replacing our soffits and fascia (different project), the contractors discovered that there was a significant amount of deterioration in some of the roof frame, which would have to be replaced before they could complete the job. The bottom line is that Wiedmann stepped up to help us out of a jam, came through with a superlatively-engineered solution and gave us a remarkably fair price (significantly less than all of the estimates that we had received from some other roofers). "Chief Inspection services also owns Topline Construction Services. Topline completed a re-roof almost two years ago on my home. Since then we've had 14 leaks (yep, still leaking), water damage, and there's still an open failed inspection with multiple code violations. Code violations that this “master inspector” claims he did not see but are very obvious. Topline has yet to fix my roof and clear the final inspection.
