"I found Wayne on Angie's List. From the first phone conversation he was friendly but professional. He arrived on time for the walk through, making notes and suggestions as we went. He arrived on time the first day, completely prepared and ready to start work. He worked quickly and professionally, making sure that everything was perfect before moving on. This was a multi day project as there were repairs that had to be done before removing the popcorn and retexturizing. He showed up promptly each day and cleaned up everything before he left each evening. And even though he had to work around furniture, he managed to get everything done exactly as I wanted. <br /> I would hire Wayne again in a heartbeat! He stuck to the budget, did a beautiful job, and when everything was finished we did a final walk through. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"It has been very good. It turned out to be a minor issue and I paid less than $100. The A/C has worked out just fine. Their service has been good and they've taken care of the problems. They usually look for easy solutions but they didn't automatically say that I needed a new air conditioner this time; they were able to fix whatever was wrong with it. We will be using them again."
