A two man team arrived promptly at the appointment time to remove the old pilot system and install the new one. They completely covered the floor in the area of their work so not a drop of debris was left. They worked intensely for an hour. "They did a great job. On time, professional , knowledgeable and efficient. The cleaned my 20 foot dryer vent and now my dryer works even better. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.

"They recommended that we replace the dryer as the cost to repair were higher than the allowed limit. The dryer needed heating element and control panel. We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer. Hopefully the gift card will arrive earlier so that I can replace the dryer in a timely manner."

They cleaned up extremely well. They had a dumpster. Each day they would clean up everything they picked off the roof and put it in the dumpster. It took a day to replace the roof."
