"I am not yet able to determine whether or not the expected results of the basement waterproofing work is satisfactory as I have not had a rainstorm or heavy rain since the basement waterproofing work was performed. I will, however, pay great accolades to Quality 1st customer service, especially to Kyle. I was troubled with the proposal for the job as certain aspects of the language would have left me at an unfair liability should something had gone wrong with the work. I explained this issue with Kyle who followed through until the proposal was acceptable to me. The work crew was exceptional in that they were punctual, worked quickly, neatly and were, without question, among the hardest workers ever to have done a construction project for me. The crew was headed by Wilver along with his guys - Manuel and Jose. Again, I will refrain from commenting on the expected results of the work performed until the appropriate circumstances occur. In summary, I would say that Quality 1st demonstrated A1 customer service and the crew that performed my basement work were hard workers with great attitude."

"We contacted Scott after we found his excellent reviews on Angie's List. This is a new home for us, and we are not familiar with this type of foundation/crawl space, so we were nervous about trusting any contractor. We collected a couple of quotes and decided go with Lindholm's because he took pictures of everything in the crawl space and texted them to me and explained exactly what he would do, keeping the quote/contract limited until he removed the insulation and could see what the needs were. He did not quote a lot of work as he was hesitant about what needed to be done until he removed the existing insulation. (We were not home at the time). He literally crawled under our entire house and texted me pictures and did not "over sell" anything. He said he would remove and cart away the old insulation but he would not be able to assess any further work until that had been done. Upon completion of the work he took more pictures and sent them to me, as again we were not home. When we were finally able to meet I crawled under the house with him and Chris. They were very informative and patient as I had a ton of questions, I have never been under a house before! He said our house was in great shape, the joists did not need repair! We will definitely hire Lindholm's again! Very trust worthy! Excellent work! Very rare you find someone who is honest!! Thank you Lindholm's !!"

"IT WENT VERY WELL. BQ SYSTEMS RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY REQUEST ( HAD A NARROW TIME FRAME: HAD TO GET IT FIXED SO I COULD SELL MY HOUSE.) AND THE FOLKS AT BQ SYS. DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO HELP ME. "I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. I could not recommend AZtec (and Greg!) more."

"Dan and his team were both efficient and knowledgeable. They installed a french drain sump pump and made repairs to our footings at our residence three years ago and not a drop of water since then! Thats why we recommended them for the work we recently did at our church. The crew installed a complete system with two sumps and pumps in two days! From start to finish they did an outstanding job at competitive prices using quality materials. The clean up was amazing as well! "They are the best! From the moment I called for info til the job was done was great. The fact they send you information regarding the job and educate you on different things regarding the basement was wonderful, the phone call, when the rep came to evaluate what I wanted done and then go over everything (not a sale pitch either), never felt pressured to get anything extra. I received a follow up to make sure what I wanted done and when they will be here. The guys called me to let me know they will be here shortly (was early) they did a great job and ensure everything was put back and try their best it was dusty anymore. He walked with me to go over everything that was done and what I would need to do. Then I received I a follow up call to to ensure everything was to my liking and if I had any questions. "I live in a house that is over 100 years old with a stone foundation that also forms the basement walls. The old mortar between the stones had deteriorated over the years to the point that water would seep in in multiple places along the perimeter of the basement wall. This seepage basically occurred after every rain, and I always needed to move objects stored in the basement away from the perimeter for fear that they would be water damaged. I actually wasn’t very confident that the seepage problem could be fixed, but I finally decided to contact several basement contractors to determine if there was anyway to waterproof the basement. "The water issue was in a small unfinished corner of the basement after a very heavy rain and only once since we moved in without mold issues- but I decided to get French drains and mold treatment done anyways for the entire basement. Bob gave me a good estimate and then tried matching the lowest estimate I had gotten (his was the second lowest but I decided to go with him). The installation work went smoothly (planning to get the basement refinished soon from one of his contractors who was there for the job so he knows where everything goes back) . Bob Steck was very responsive, funny and thorough. Their team was very professional. Did the work just as promised - no issues with dust and dirt during and after the job). They started and finished on time ( took 2-days). The concrete is almost completely dry and have had one heavy rain so far- we are Very impressed by their work. Highly recommended."
