The dirt that was displaced is just all over my yard now, and I have a bunch of big holes where they didn't pack any dirt. The company offered to fill them but I never heard back after that offer. As part of the work, they dug around the chimney, and it appears they caused it to break. They claim no damage was done, but I'm finding many pieces of concrete and brick strewn over my yard."

"We needed service at our rental property. PSS charged us $400 to change a shower head, after not even checking to see if it was broken. We asked them to clear a drain and they said they do not clear drains. $400 for 1/2 hour work and a $50 shower head. Refused to break down costs on the invoice. Charged my card even though I disputed the charge. Overpriced, terrible service. Do not use."

They replaced the top 6' of our chimney about 7 years ago as well as parging and sealing all of our chimneys and the new chimney is literally falling apart in chunks, the joints are seeping water, and the parging is flaking off. Besides that, while these two jokers were here (and we weren't) our neighbor told us that they were arguing and throwing chunks of concrete at each other. We also found that rather than haul the old chimney pieces away they hid them in the brush beside our lawn. Also, forget about a warrantee. That is B.S."

"Despite the weather, it was cold, rainy and snow on the ground, the three people that worked here today kept working. I questioned whether today would be a good day to get all the leaves but I was assured if not today, they would be back for the rest. I would say 95% of the leaves were picked up and the remaining leaves are under snow. I don't know how they did it. All were very pleasant and worked hard. I don't usually leave reviews, but just had to today. We've had this company here for yard cleanup three years in a row now ... Will see you again next year. ... Thank you very much!"
