"Travis was great.... quoted out the replacement of our back fence on his initial inspection, price was better than 2 other bids. He came back with his installer a few days later to double check measurements and they just completed the install. Total time was 3 weeks from initial inspection to completion. Other company said they were booked and couldnâ t install until july. Fence looks great, would definitely have no problem referring him to other neighbors or friends."

The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "We met with Jeff in April after not connecting with other contractors the year before. Loved the idea of the larger patio roof with integrated rain gutters and the price was justified. Decided to replace the flagstone patio area and pool deck with pavers and then added on the front walkway as well. Replacing the sliding glass door had always been in the plan. Broke ground right before Memorial weekend, which is when we decided to add on an additional walkway, fake grass, and mow strip. No problem except the flagstone stepping stone walkway was removed prior to our go ahead (my husband had told Jeff he needed to talk to me first). Jeff uses different crews for different parts of projects: paver crew, patio cover crew, rain gutter crew, lawn crew, door installer/handyman at the end. All the foremen of these crews speak English so it was easy to communicate with them and they were very willing to accommodate changes and listen to ideas. The only hard part is that they just show up sometimes to do X, Y, or Z. It wasn't a huge problem but would have appreciated a quick text. The project took longer than expected as Jeff refused the first door sent to him for install because it was damaged (thank you) and then it was back ordered. Meanwhile, other parts of the project were getting done. Overall, it turned out great. My husband and I love it, our friends and family love it, and it has expanded our living space as well."

"On install day Solomon and Jose came by an put in the wall and gate with no problems. They came fully prepared and did all the touch up work at the end. Highly recommend these guys, I'm definitely using them again in the future."
