Clean up was exceptional, after the installation was complete they scrubbed down ever inch of the new fence with soap and water. "Ergeon was a great experience for me. Their customer service was prompt and helpful, and they offer a 4 year warranty on their fences and gates! If you do decide to hire them to install an outdoor gate, just make sure you ask them the options are for gate latches/locks, because the "standard" latch is kind of on the dinky side and if I had known I could upgrade to a better option I probably would have. Other than that, great company and I'd hire them again!"

Benjamin and his staff were out and repaired my fence using existing non-damaged wood and purchasing only what was needed for the repair. The job was completed and my fence looks great! Funny, I received a much higher bid from another company on Angie’s List to do the same thing for twice the price. So be sure to check with more than one company when getting work done even if you are selecting from Angie’s List. I am VERY happy with the end results. The Workers were pleasant and very respectful of my property ! I am happy! I would recommend them to my friends !"

"We met with Jeff in April after not connecting with other contractors the year before. Loved the idea of the larger patio roof with integrated rain gutters and the price was justified. Decided to replace the flagstone patio area and pool deck with pavers and then added on the front walkway as well. Replacing the sliding glass door had always been in the plan. Broke ground right before Memorial weekend, which is when we decided to add on an additional walkway, fake grass, and mow strip. No problem except the flagstone stepping stone walkway was removed prior to our go ahead (my husband had told Jeff he needed to talk to me first). Jeff uses different crews for different parts of projects: paver crew, patio cover crew, rain gutter crew, lawn crew, door installer/handyman at the end. All the foremen of these crews speak English so it was easy to communicate with them and they were very willing to accommodate changes and listen to ideas. The only hard part is that they just show up sometimes to do X, Y, or Z. It wasn't a huge problem but would have appreciated a quick text. The project took longer than expected as Jeff refused the first door sent to him for install because it was damaged (thank you) and then it was back ordered. Meanwhile, other parts of the project were getting done. Overall, it turned out great. My husband and I love it, our friends and family love it, and it has expanded our living space as well."

"At the onset, the level of effort to remove the hedge was underestimated time wise so it took a day more than at first thought however, the quality of the finished product is amazing. Both my neighbors and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Secondly, the crew that installed (Foreman Johnny, workers Emilio and Duce) were pleasant, professional and about the most polite contractors both my neighbors and I had the pleasure of dealing with. Cost wise it was comparable and better than most quotes in most cases. If I EVER need a fence again I will go with Sonrise."
