He understood the issue and explained to me a few options available to me to address the issues with my basement flooding. It took 1 week from start to finish and throughout the execution of the project, I was kept informed of their progress. More important than everything, I already can tell that the repairs to my basement were successful. We have had 2 main rain events since they finished the work and the basement is dry. Billy solved a number of unexpected complications in this old structure and made numerous suggestions to improve the plans. He routinely found significat savings in acquisition of materials and other costs. (Note: in the photos below the ramp wss put in by me for our dog and was not part of the renovation.)"
