"I had another company come out and verify that I needed to have work done on my roof and had confirmed I'd need to replace the roof. After reaching out to a number of companies only Certified was able to provide me the comfort of excellent communication (many didn't have the courtesy to reply to my inquiries) and references to sign on the dotted line. They were one of the few companies that had expertise with flat roofs as well as shingle and were able to work around my roof mounted HVAC unit by moving it as needed. They installed a white Mule Hide TPO roof on my main roof as well as on my addition and replaced the roofs for my front porch (which has started to leak and wasn't draining into the gutter) as well as my steep mansard roof. One company I dealt with in the initial phase was unwilling to answer questions I had with regard to the CRRC ratings of the TPO but Certified was always upfront with me and provided me with continuous updates as the work progressed, all via email and by phone.
