"It went very well! Chuck was an absolute gem, was thorough, kind, and did an amazing job with the work he does. He doesn't leave any detail untouched and is willing to go above and beyond for the customer! Our tub ended up leaking and he came back, fixed the issue above what we asked, replaced the ceiling tile in the floor below where water had damaged it free of cost(even though it wasn't his fault it leaked), and always made sure we liked the final outcome on whatever he had built that day.
