"Our remodel was done good. Fito the foreman was very easy to work with. Him and his crew were cooperative and helped us with things we needed done. Our project manager was good and he coordinated the other contractors to come out to do the railing and shower door and the deep cleaning for the house after the job was done. We really appreciated that. We want to thank you for everyone’s hard work and their diligence in working on our project. Best Mimi and Alvin Yee"

"Mark and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. It looks absolutely beautiful. His crew also put in lighting in my kitchen and removed some cabinetry. The kitchen now looks more spacious. They also replaced the flooring in one of my bathroom downstairs. I was so pleased with the upstairs bathroom, I had Mark and his crew remodel my downstairs bathroom. My son and daughter-in-law were so impressed with the results, they wanted Mark to work on their home but they live outside his service area."

"Seth and the whole team at Stel has always met all of our expectations. We recently finished our 2nd project with them. They have an incredible level of creativity that has been so much fun to work with over the years. Our last project was an addition to accommodate our aging parents on a single level of the home and turned out great, our current project was a complete remodel that we achieved the same level of quality and design creativity just like we did before. They have always been able to find solutions for our projects even with budget constraints. They have a fabulous sense of how to design around existing conditions so you really feel like that new part of the house was always there. They really do listen to you and take into account how a family really lives. A+ keep up the good work!"

"I own a second home in San Diego and recently hired Shiro Builders Group for a backyard renovation and bathroom remodel. After getting quotes from four different companies, I decided to move forward with Shiro because they were the most professional, responsive, and transparent from the beginning. The entire process was clean, organized, and well managed. The backyard transformation exceeded my expectations, and the bathroom remodel was completed with great attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. The crew was respectful, kept the site tidy, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. What really stood out was Shir's involvement. As the owner, he was available when needed, answered questions promptly, and made sure everything was done correctly. The final result speaks for itself. The project was completed smoothly, on schedule, and with a level of quality that is hard to find. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent! Appointment was on time, and friendly and professional service. I had a jammed garbage disposal that was quickly determined to be from a soda can tab. Additionally, I had two wall sconces hung. I am very pleased with the work that was done."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Nucave construction did a great job remodeling and completing a relatively complicated medical facility for me. Excellent job. Ryan was spot on every step of the way through. He was very timely and efficient in getting things done and very knowledgeable about the materials and methods. This build-out included retrofitting and developing nearly 3000 sqft of medical space to include a fully functional operating room and recovery room with anesthesia capability. Included was a combination of medical flooring, vinyl and tile flooring, medical cabinets and sinks, a large reception area with reception desk, and a sterile processing room. Nucave also got the facility current and inspected by the fire marshal. They corrected problems with electrical panels, and got a back-up generator functioning and warrantied for me. I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to give my highest recommendations to Ryan and Nucave construction."

"Excellent timely work , very responsive and ethical business...they are now my go to contractors. I live in a 60 year old house and it can be a challenge, Charles was here everyday to ensure the work was up to his high standards. I have no doubt you would be as pleased as I have been."
