"I hired Green Land after meeting with almost a dozen landscape contractors. Jay met with us and went over our plans. Unprompted, he also showed us 4-5 different recent jobs that he had completed. Each of the owners greeted us and encouraged us to look no further. We are happy we ended up choosing Green Land. Theyve done a lot of houses in the La Costa area of Carlsbad and some in Del Mar. Really high end work. PROS: Workmanship. Attention to detail. Our pool was built in 2016 and we have had ZERO issues. Overall design was amazing. It made a huge difference to the front and back of our property. Green landscaping (our water bill dropped about $50/month despite adding more plants). Did I mention the workmanship? Second to none and still more cost effective than 90% of the bids we got. We cant wait to save up to buy another home to get to do the landscaping again. CONS: None! Ive recommended them to a few of our neighbors. From the looks of the signs in the neighborhood, it looks like they took our advice, too."

"Brett at Batco Carpentry was great. Our homeowners insurance said we had to get a railing added to our front steps. We weren’t happy about this and were not eager to do it, but we ended up really liking how the work Brett did looks. We liked it so much that we ended up hiring him to do another small carpentry job in our yard. He was responsive, professional, and did a great job."

"Premier and precise contracting was excellent. They were prompt in all of their communication and had did great work. We had them waterproof our balcony and redo the flashing"

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"I had an important party and needed a deck quickly!!! Communicative, straight forward, and an excellent end product. Thank you, Sandberg Innovations !"

"It was a pleasure working with this company. Everyone was polite and attentive to my inquires and made sure that I was satisfied with the answers given. Even e-mails were responded to on the weekend in short order. The contract was clean and easy to understand with no "contractor double-speak." There were no hidden surprises at the end. Juan and Martin showed up everyday until the two week TREXX porch decking project was completed. They were skilled in their work, didn't take short cuts and made things better than they had been. Mark Picano actually answers the phone himself so there was no delay in communication. Picano Builders is my Contractor of choice going forward."

"Good customer service. Took a little longer than originally planned."
