"Pros: Very prompt. Took care to protect carpet and furniture. Thorough and friendly. Made recommendations for approximately $800 of repair work. Cons: Service person took pieces of concrete off the chimney cap to show me the cap was crumbling (I would have preferred he just tell me). Decided not to reuse service only because of my feelings about the chimney cap. He did a great job cleaning the chimney.

"Gary was prompt and professional for each appointment. On the initial appointment, he patiently answered all my questions, provided a good selection of products to choose from, and gave a quote for services. The day of service, Gary prepped & painted the inside of the fireplace as well as all hardware on the doors. For the finishing touches, he installed a new burner and fire glass. When he left the area was clean and ready to be enjoyed. My boring, outdated gas fireplace is now updated, and looks great!!! I'd hire Gary again.

"It was a job well done. Jake was very up-front about the pricing and what to expect, and was very good about coordinating with my plumber and electrician. They removed the other countertops without problem. They measured well for the installation. They weren’t the cheapest, but I really thought that their workers were very good. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I would certainly use them again, if I needed it and if I it worked in to my budget."

"They were wonderful. Danny does amazing work and Jake is a perfectionist. They were right on schedule and a pleasure to work with. Since the doors are custom made it takes about 4 weeks to get installed...but totally worth the wait. It took about 40 minutes to install."
