We setup another appointment for Jason to come back and repair the washer when e received the parts. Jason repaired the washer and with my approval serviced the dryer also. Jason was very qualified, very professional and thorough in the performance of his work. I will certainly use his service again. Jason rocks!"

Cristian will tell you what work needs to be done, and if you’re not home, will text you photos of what needs to be done. ( wife Home while I was at work) Cristian told me that most service tech aren’t really interested in fixing your appliance, but are more interested in charging you a service fee ($50-$75), then telling you your appliance can’t be repaired, or parts are no longer available. They do that 8 to 10 times a day, and make more money making service calls, than actually fixing appliances. I have to admit that that is exactly correct, because i’ve Experienced it.
