Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. "GoTo Roofing did a major siding project on my 19th century house in the late summer of 2023. This place has a long history and thus many issues that needed to be fixed prior to placing siding. GoTo Roofing did a fantastic job in all aspects!! From the initial meeting with Alden (one of their project assessors) to the day to day work with Mickey and his team I couldn't be happier. My project was more complicated that most and took a few weeks due to the amount of repair work needed. Mickey and his crew kept me up to date every day with what was going on and status. Every night before the crew left they packed up their tools and materials and made sure the areas were clear of debris!! They did such a good job at this that the night we got hit with 60Mph+ winds nothing was blown around or scattered!! If you are looking for a company for siding or roofing this is the one you want!!"

"This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."

"Nosh is a true craftsman and an outstanding professional.  He provided a clear quote and stuck to it despite some unforeseen additional expenses.  His craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none.  He and his crew arrived each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up every day.  When more of the old stone was damaged than expected, he made MANY calls around to warehouses and was able to find an exact match to our 9 year old stone!!!  It's not just a match, even...it's the same stone.  It had be sitting in the warehouse for 9 years.  He bought what he needed for the job, advised us to get more for future repairs, and delivered it to our home.  I think we bought everything the warehouse had.  We'll never be able to find that stone again (as many masons have told us previously), but now we won't need to.  Most other contractors just don't put forth that extra effort to do the job right and make the customer happy.
When discussing other potential projects and details, he is very cost conscious while still having an eye on aesthetics.  He even came back after his work was complete to meet with carpenters to provide guidance on working around the remaining poorly installed stone.  We some of the caulking around the base of our backsplash had tiny holes after drying, he came back and fixed them.  We will definitely have Nosh back to repair more of the stone and do other masonry and tiling work.
Nosh has a bit of an accent, but it's really nothing...just a little extra patience when communicating over the phone.  With his skills and experience, this is the expert you want to do your masonry work!  Finding a true and honest craftsman like Nosh is 1 in 10,000 at least.

"In addition to the work performed, we originally planned to have them do some exterior aluminum trim repair. Len and Jeff did not think the proposed solution was a good one and came up with a good alternative idea. Then we found some rotten wood, which meant that the job would be a lot bigger than the 8 hours of work we hired them for. So we decided to postpone that work, and they did other work instead. I appreciated their concern that the finished product should have a quality look. Communication had to be done over email only because of the family matter, but there was no problem getting everything set up.
