"At the time we bought our house, we knew we’d need a down-to-the-studs renovation on our kitchen and first floor bathroom. After living with the house for quite some time, we finally decided to move the bathroom, incorporate our mudroom as indoor space, and open up our floor plan. We needed design help, significant structural reinforcement, and soup-to-nuts project management: enter the Curtice Group. Scott drew up great plans, created a manageable budget, and helped us to visualize the space from the start. His team created a temporary kitchen in our living room and went to work while allowing us to keep up with our jobs and manage our small child. The result of the renovation was better than we imagined, on time, and on budget. Scott has a small team with a much wider network of subcontractors that want to work with him, because he pays them well and manages everything precisely. The Curtice Group is not cheap, but you don’t get quality work on the cheap. I can’t recommend this team enough. We couldn’t be happier with their work."

"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"Humberto and his team were terrific! They refinished the walls in 3 rooms of our house and their work was top notch. They removed wallpaper, sanded, plastered and painted our walls so that now they look pristine. I asked them if they could put in new doors and they did a great job with that too. I would refer this team to friends and family and will be using them again for other projects."

"This is the second time we have used MMP Construction for a large-scale renovation and both times, we were thrilled with the results and with the service level. Matt (the owner) is friendly, fair, and quick to communicate. I would (and do!) recommend MMP for any renovation you plan to undertake."

"John was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He provided as good an estimate he could based on the details in the architect plan.

"Duncan Builders LLC I wanted to reach out to express my gratitude to Duncan Builders. On December 19, 2018. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins. Also completing the work with finishing trim. The team did an excellent job and was very punctual with the timeframe that was given to complete the work. I would highly recommend Duncan Builders for any of your commercial space build outs and other projects you may have. Extremely professional and I’m so glad that I chose them to be a part of creating my business. I couldn’t have done it without them and I’m so grateful for all of the good work that they did. Thank you again for helping me create my business Salon Artist. If there are any improvements that need to be made in the future. I will definitely be reaching out to Todd Wilkins of Duncan Builders LLC. Best, Christopher Kezik Salon Artist Owner"
