"My house had no water coming out of our faucets so I did some research and found Clear water and pump well service I called spoke to a nice ladyon the phone she made a appointment for the next day ,when the came and they told me it was the well water pump needed to replaced so they fixed it plus they also said needed to replace the well tank in the house and they fixed that too,. "Our irrigation pump failed, and John (the owner) and his son Nick worked very hard to figure out what caused it. They tested the well to ensure we had sufficient water (which we did). John heard a small vacuum leak in the wellhead, which probably caused the pump to lose prime and run dry. They replaced the leaky pipe and installed a new pump to replace the 17 year old pump that failed. John is an expert in all things well, and it was inspiring to see him and his son working together to solve our problem!"

"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

It would have been great if we are given a rough estimate of the repair when I called them up for booking the appointment. They didn't give me the price even after explaining what is needed to repair, mostly replacement of the tub spigot."

"They tried to push for the most expensive solution at $900 x 2 toilets ($1,800) instead of the chosen solution at $299 to repair both toilets. The problem has been fixed and should stay fixed for at least one year. I did think that $299 was a bit steep for the work performed but they were able to come next day when my regular plumber told me I'd have to wait 7 days."
