"We were in the market to convert off oil and switch to a heat pump system. CRM Green Energy Consulting helped us every step of the way. They arrived on time and were very professional during the home assessment process. We agreed to the proposal and set up a time for installation the following week. Throughout the whole process CRM was communicating with us on progress. There was a placement issue for one of our mini-splits and one of CRM’s Carpentry team members came out and opened a wall and patched/painted like they were never there. Super friendly team members and very knowledgeable on green energy and home heating efficiency. At the end of the project they sat us down and taught us how to use the phone app for our GE mini split unit. They helped us fill out of MassSave rebate form as well! We couldn’t be happier with CRM Green Energy! We are so glad we chose them for our heat pump project!"

Although our work schedule is Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm, we offer 24hr emergency service and free estimates at any time. Our quotes are locked in prices, but if we complete the work in less time, the cost of the work becomes less.

They were punctual, friendly and had a reasonable quote. They started when they said they would, and treated our house as if it were their own. We are more than pleased with their finished work and would recommend them highly."

"Installed two heavy window air conditioners, lugging them up from garage under to first floor. Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."
