"I recently bought a house and needed a new furnace and I wanted to add central AC to my house. I have a friend who has been a contractor for 20 plus years in the town I moved to. I asked him who he uses, he said he only uses Druziako. I called them up and they came out gave me all my options and advised me on the best way to add duct work etc. They gave me a date they would be there and said it would take 2 days to complete the install. They showed up on time. They finished it in 2 days. Guys were professional and clean. The whole project came out better than I expected. I couldn't be more happy. I would recommend them to anyone. "Two men, Jerry and Tommy, arrived on the morning of May 19, 2017 to install the system. Tommy dug a hole on one side of the house, poured a concrete foundation in said hole, and also set up metal tubing, which created a stand on which the condenser sits to protect it from runoff. Meanwhile, Jerry was inside, drilling holes through my bedroom and dining room interior and then exterior walls for the refrigerant pipes which run from the condenser to the air handlers. He mounted each air handler high up on the wall. There was also electrical work performed to connect the units to the main panel in the basement. The whole job took several hours. Both men worked quickly and efficiently. At the close of it, Jerry presented me with my remotes and instructions, and showed me the basics. I used the system for the first time just a couple of nights after installation. The first night (it was the start of a heat wave) the air from the system was cool-ish - tolerable, but not quite as comfortable as I'd hoped - but I was still uncertain about the controls so I didn't tab down the temperature. The second night I did tab down the temperature, and that's when I found out that, though the fans and vanes in both air handlers worked, the cooling mechanisms did not. Considering the amount of money I'd just spent i was more than a little upset. Visions of law suits danced in my overheated head that night. I called the next morning. Jerry came out that day and diagnosed the problem (something to do with the solenoids, or maybe it was the thermistors). In any case, he did fix it, and this time, it worked as designed, and has done so ever since. I should add that NETR offers a service contract. Despite the added expense - for me, 234.99 a year for 3 years (the annual rate is fixed for that period, plus I get a 5% discount) - it makes total sense to have this complex system undergo periodic maintenance. I will pay the total at the time of the first inspection, in 2018."

They replaced our forced air central heating system (oil) in a day, and were quick to respond and get to work despite how busy things were during the January cold-spell. "From start to finish we have had a great experience with Rodenhiser. Rick Picard came out to look at our system and provided a few estimates for different options while on site. We needed most of our 35 year old central air conditioning system replaced. The communication from the company was impressive. We always knew who was coming and when. They helped with the initial MassSave paperwork and even submitted all of the rebate paperwork for us when the install was complete. Good luck finding another company that will do the same. Our installers (Brian Heno and Dylan E.) arrived on time every day. They were professional, kept us updated on their progress and cleaned up daily. Two very hard working guys. They did a great job with the install. It looks and performs fantastic. We could not be happier with the system now that it is installed. We chose the correct company to work with. "Unique replaced my 20 year old high velocity air handler, condenser, and separate mini-split systems. Overall everything looks and works great! I was impressed by the dedication of their team - working in my attic in 95 degree heat, installing a smart thermostat for me, and even removing/killing a giant wasp nest that was in the eaves! They also accommodated my request to remove the condensers a few weeks before the new install, so I could do some landscaping work. Price was also quite reasonable. Definitely recommend."

"I needed to replace an older AC unit that is in a very tight spot in an attic. I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. Kyle and his team were exactly on time each morning and were very nice and professional and got everything installed smoothly with very minimal need from me. Would definitely recommend."
