"My husband and I decided to get central AC after this hot summer and fall. We decided to contact Genove Oil & Air Co because of the several reviews we saw with high remarks. After speaking with and meeting Phil to install our AC unit we knew we were going with the right choice. We felt confident throughout the entire process because of his ability to answer our questions and provide a clear timeline for the project. Phil and the team were incredibly pleasant, respectful and professional while on sight, and better yet we are finally COOL! Please do yourself a favor and reach out to Genove Oil & Air-- you will not be disappointed."

"Airco is a great family-owned and operated business, very fair and knowledgeable. They replaced our forced air central heating system (oil) in a day, and were quick to respond and get to work despite how busy things were during the January cold-spell. I would highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs!"

"Overall, I was pleased about working with Milltown. There was a slight communication issue, but I understand that can happen from time to time. The technician who performed the service was extremely nice and knowledgable."

"Had a central air system installed on 8/2/21 by Marcin and his 2 associates. Great job, good people to deal with. I recommend this company. Lauri Pekkala"

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"everything they did was excellent, their techs are highly trained, they work quickly and the end product for the install looks and works great. They have an annual maintenance contract that covers checkups in the spring for A/C, and the fall for the furnace. Never seen a more thorough report after each checkup. The office staff is very responsive and knowledgeable about all of their services, overall I would say they run a really great operation."

"I spoke with Jay Savoie within minutes of my e-mail. He was very helpful in listening to my plight and I would have moved with him but decided to accomplish the repair myself. As I indicated to him, should the furnace need repairs or replacement in the future, he will be the first person I will call."

"We've used Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning for over 10 years for regular air conditioning maintenance/service and repairs. They also do service/repairs for our heating system. Recently, they provided valuable advice that allowed us to fix a thermostat malfunction on our own, saving us cost of a visit. We've always been satisfied with this company - visits were easy to schedule, staff were knowledgeable, work performed was well done."

"Very happy with my service"

"Service expert came the same day I called, worked on the HVAC unit in a wicked downpour but remained cheerful about it. Work performed very quickly and central a/c is back in business. Couldn't like it more."
