"It all went very well.  It took some time to get the contractor out to do his survey, but Lowe's stayed on top of it ensuring that we were happy with the timing of the installation.  We purchased very nice Larson doors and used Lowe's before but it was the other store on the east side of York.  This service and product was about the same as we received from the other Lowe's.  The installation was done professionally.  The only issue we had was with a former employee from Lowes who filed our purchases separately and the contractor had to run back to the store and get the storm door because he thought we were only receiving the exterior door.   The  gentleman who works in the door department now was a go-getter and serious about taking care of us.  He stayed in touch with us throughout the process. <br />"

I thought he should know how to handle it so it looked the best. I did make a choice and it looks fine but the whole interaction left me a bit puzzled. In the end the carpet looks good and has probably bought me a few more years of use looking nice before it will be replaced."
