"An outstanding job removing our high maple tree, the roots, and smoothing out the yard. We are extremely pleased with the work he has done and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any additional we need done in the future. Thanks for a great job! Mike K"

"I had a concrete patio installed, and I love it. Malco landscape is a very professional company from start to finish. I was kept up-to-date on everything as needed. The process was very seamless and Bob was wonderful to work with. I would recommend Malco landscape to anyone!!!"

"Quick response to our need, courteous and professional review of the project by Zac before work began. Crew of Grant and Carter performed the work in an expeditious, highly competent, and organized manner. The work was accomplished on time, cleanup was excellent, and the quality of the project fully met our expectations. We will unquestionably use them again when we have similar needs, and will not hesitate to provide their contact information to our friends and neighbors., Very well done!"

"On time. On budget. Even took care of one or two minor projects I pointed out while they were there"

"Did a great job and I am having him back to do more work, I was impressed with him."

"I needed a rather major swale added to both my property and my neighbors property to divert significant stormwater that occurs during intense storms. I had a shed and garden structure in the way which they easily made disappear. After dealing with a major sewage backup when we got hit with the runoff , I feel crazy that I'm excited to see heavy rain and for this swale work. These guys are professional and I consider experts in their field. All that and a great price to boot. I highly recommend them any excavation project large or small. Derek Himes"

"Very good at what they do. They asked me quite a few times if I like there work, or if there was something they needed to do to please me. I would give them a A++, 2 thumbs up."

"My initial contact was with Mark in late August or early September. We had arranged to meet and discuss the work that I wanted performed (pointing up the mortar on the brick chimney and under the windows on the front of the house). There were scheduling problems (for both parties) after one or two attempts and I was later contacted by Josh, who finally came out to my house in mid September to look at the job. I was impressed with Josh's knowledge, enthusiasm, and answers to my questions.
After discussing the scope of work to be performed, Josh assured me that someone would get back to me within a week with an estimate so we could schedule the job over the winter months. After a week went by, I called to see of they were working on an estimate and was assured that they "hadn't forgotten about me". After another 2 or 3 weeks, I called both Mark and Josh and left a message to see what was up as far as the estimate and scheduling.
It is now the second week in December and still I've heard nothing. I like these guys and I would like to have them perform the work, but at this point, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't want to do the work because it is not a big job. If that is the case, it would help if they would just tell me so. I hate to look elsewhere, but communication is an issue here so I may have to give up on these guys. Too bad.
I rated them as a "C" overall, with a "D" for responsiveness (or lack thereof) offset by a "B" in punctuality and professionalism
for the time when Josh did show up.

"Working with Zach has been the best construction project weâ ve ever done. He is a worker bee who communicates well, is efficient, is very tidy, and is fair with pricing. We have already planned the next two projects with him since we bought a â fixer upperâ . We could not be happier with our choice of Zach and look forward to more beautiful outcomes."

"While the price was too high for me, they were attentive and responsive. A good company to dell with."
