I contacted them that night via Angie's List with a request for a 4pm service on Monday. They text'd the next morning and were able to come at 4pm. The service tech arrived on time, was professional and was able to determine that no fix was needed other than cleaning the bottom of the unit. He also answered questions regarding my oven, microwave and dryer. Pricing was very reasonable. It was an A+ experience. I will use them for all my appliance repair needs."

They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new. They also corrected a couple of errors due to the previous installation (correcting bad welding on the Freon line, and installing a correct condensate discharge). "The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."
