"They said they had my sprinkler system up and running just fine. However it was not. It would only run the program for a minute in each spot. I had to pay another $99 for them to come back out and look at the system they had just said worked fine. I was not happy about that. I also ended up needing a whole new system because the one i had did not work properly. I liked the technician but it cost much more than it should have. They should have done the call back for free because they missed it the first time."

The next time he came with a helper and they did a good job, my sprinklers are working much better. He suggested a couple of changes to the system which I agreed to. "Installed a new irrigation controller but we had a water break, so it did not work. The water issue has been resolved and we have reached out to Will to finish the job. He did not show up when scheduled and does not respond to phone messages or emails. Will was also going to get a new cover for the outlet where the controller is plugged in."

"As I stated in my previous post they were professional and very nice. He did a great job on the shrubs. He was to come back and finish the rose bed. He called and told me he would not be able to make it at the appointed time. I said that was fine, then he text me and said he needed more time to make it back. Again I said that was fine and I have not heard back since. I was lucky that the neighbors helped me clean it up with their trimmer. I was very disappointed. I know he is starting out so I would just say to keep in touch with your clients and put the money you make into better equipment so it will not be so **** ** you physically and you can get jobs done quicker. I wish them the best but we will not hire them back."
