"The gutters were installed and the area cleaned up. The only reason I knew thay had been her was the new gutter on the house. I had problems with them draining properly and emailed pictures to them. The owner came out himself to resolve the situation. He apologized and explained that a crew who no longer worked for them had done my installation (I live all the way in N. St. Louis county) He then had his guys install a new downspout (which should have been done originally) and fix the flange that attached it to my house. No hassels, no charge! "I hired Helitech due to a water leak in the foundation and when they inspected the job they showed me where my previous repairs to my foundation was a problem and that there was another leak from a crack that had been fixed twice before.  Helitech repaired all the previous work and repaired the other crack in the foundation.  They explained to me the things that compromise a basement foundation and how they should be handled to guarantee a lifetime their repair.  After Walter the engineer worked on taking out the old epoxy from a previous job he found where the work was done so poorly and the foundation was stuffed with screen and the work would never stop water from coming into the basement.  I was so glad he found the problem and fixed it so professionally.  I will always call on Helitech for my foundation issues and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. <br />"

"We asked Bob to build a 24'x14' deck and reuse the original footings of a deck we had torn off the previous year. He did a terrific job of creating a flat deck while managing our sloping yard. He added access stairs on both sides of the deck which makes navigating the yard so much easier. Bob said he was an experienced landscaper so we asked him about trimming our overgrown trees and improving access in the yard with a rock border. He designed it and laid in tons of rock by himself. We ended up with a very low maintenance yard as the rock rings the trees and makes mowing so much easier. We and our neighbors are loving the improvement the deck and rock border have brought to our yard. We will definitely call Bob again!"
