"A top-rate experience from start to finish! We received plans and quotes from three contractors, and read in Angie's List several years of glowing reviews about CSI and their contractor, Oscar Moran. We are so glad that we chose Oscar! His ideas for our redesign were simply the best. Oscar also provided us with a solid project plan and excellent contacts with vendors, which made our selections better and our confidence in the final outcome higher. The renovation included removing and replacing floors with hardwood and tile; cabinet, counter, appliance, lighting removal and replacement, also creation of a new pantry. Oscar kept us apprised at each step in the renovation of what he would be doing next and why. He provided and stuck to a daily schedule, and also met the timeline for project completion. Oscar solved the problems that come with any major older home renovation in a professional and cost-effective manner, and guided our decision-making through the entire project. We admired his attention to detail as he worked; phrases frequently heard from Oscar during the renovation were, "It has to be perfect," and "I want it to be what will make you happy." Our new kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room are perfectly beautiful and we are truly very happy with the results. Working with Oscar was one of the best experiences we have had in over 30 years of home ownership. His knowledge of every facet of the project was truly impressive. Oscar is an outstanding professional, clearly focused on customer service and satisfaction. He brings state of the art skills and an old-world craftsmanship that surpassed our expectations. Oscar Moran from CSI won our lasting respect and admiration for him as a person and as a professional."

"Redid floors. Took out a wall and opened up door ways to ceiling on main floor. Refinished stairs. Got all the work done before we moved in on a tight timeline. Everything worked out great! Gray was easy to work with and nice to hangout with."

"We updated our screened in porch to a three seasons room. Centennial was one of multiple bidders on the project. While they were not the cheapest, they were very competitively priced and did the best job of explaining their plan and answering our questions. The project went extremely well. The quality of work was excellent, with everything done on-time and on budget. We will definitely consider them for any future projects!"

"I usually don't take the time to leave many reviews, but I felt particularly compelled to leave a review for Ken and his team. We had several contractors come to take a look at what we needed. We had an old wall oven that sat under a counter top range. That oven broke and we could not replace it with anything similar so we ended up buying a single slide in unit. We needed the space cut out and rebuilt for this slide in unit. This required moving a gas line and installing a new electrical outlet (since the unit was duel fuel). This also required cutting out the existing cabinetry and our existing quartz counter top. Plus the actual installation of the unit. We had several contractors (over months) who either told us this couldn't be done or suggested to us that we replace our existing counter top completely. Ken came and did an estimate and felt fairly confident his team could accomplish this. They did amazing work and installed our new unit without any issues. I honestly thought we would need the help of several teams of people (plumber, electrician, etc) but by using Ken, he arranged and coordinated for all of the work to be done through his team, making this so much easier than we thought. The work was done quickly and efficiently so we weren't inconvenienced at all. In addition to the work, Ken was always punctual to all appointments. He was responsive to text and email inquiries and his team was very professional (from his adminstrative assistant, to the guys that came to the house). I will definitely be calling on them again, as we have an old house that always needs work done. I believe Home Experts are home builders and they can handle big remodel jobs as well. Overall I had a great experience with this company."

"I would recommend Andy/Yesteryear Constuction 100%. He was very fair and honest regarding the costs and our budget and was very conscious of our budget the whole time. He wouldnâ t even start the job until all appliances and cabinets had arrived at our home, so as to not risk any h delay.. I was comfortable having him in our home with us and our daughter, who he was lovely with. And he also was great with our pets (although he probably couldâ ve done without the chihuahuas). Will use again for the next renovation, as there will be more!"

"We had the best experience with this company! We had drywall repairs made on each level of our home and everything looks great. They were friendly, efficient, and VERY CLEAN! We highly recommend this company. We love that they take great pride in their work."

"I had an amazing experience working with this contractor on a major renovation project in Indianapolis. They delivered incredible results — the house was completely transformed and looked absolutely beautiful when finished. Their team was always quick to respond and addressed all of my questions thoroughly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They completed everything as promised and exceeded my expectations. If you’re a real estate investor looking for a reliable and efficient contractor in Indianapolis, I highly recommend working with them. They truly know how to turn a property into something special!"

"Work was done in a timely manner; crew was there all day every day until the job was complete. We are very happy with the finished product; the house looks great!"

"I had the outside of my house re-sided (vinyl) and could not be more pleased. George and his crew are very good at their jobs, and completed the work on time. I also needed some trim around the windows replaced, and all of the window trim repainted, they were able to do everything I needed. I mentioned to George that I was thinking about getting a new roof, he told me the old one will last a few more years - I really appreciated the honest assessment. I will call R.Wright the next time I need any home renovation."
