During those years we've designed and built everything you can imagine and completed over 5,000 projects. We've also worked for some of the most influential people in Silicon Valley, including executives from Apple, Yahoo & the San Francisco 49ers. From both design & construction viewpoints, we know what works and what doesn't, what looks good & what doesn't. We'll work with you using our custom 3d design process to create your dream landscape design. Then, using your new landscape design, we'll get bids for you from our list of vetted contractors. If you then choose to use one of our contractors for your installation, your design is free since our contractors pay us for it. They also pay us to manage your project, so you don't have to. "It went well. They consulted me to assure I was happy with the trimming. The clean-up was acceptable. The city of San Jose picks up all the green waste, but is a little fussy about the debris piles. I had to restack some of the piles to meet waste company's requirements."

"System Pavers is HIGHLY motivated and well optimized to make the sale – but they WILL NOT stand behind their “system.” If/when problems develop (even due to their own failures), you are on your own. After a very high-pressure sales pitch (disguised as a “design meeting”) with all the accoutrements (fancy PowerPoint demonstration, a copy of their very large surety bond, commitments that they will stand behind us, and a “discount” that magically expired the same day), System Pavers completed our $72k backyard paver project in September 2021. Over the next few weeks, the pavers began to separate, sag, and “crown.” Also, the drainage in many areas was toward the house, not away from it. They did come back a couple of times to remove pavers, recompact, and reset. However, when failures continued, they asked us to let the system fail for another year so they would only have to do a major rehabilitation once. When that year elapsed, they were nowhere to be found. Very difficult to get them to come back out. Then, instead of fixing the failed system, they had a soils engineer evaluate. The engineer’s report confirmed they did not properly prepare the subgrade. They recently sent an email essentially saying they didn’t want to keep spending money on their failed system. They also claimed the warrantee would not cover the repairs. They are simply walking away, leaving us with an unsafe, embarrassing backyard and a worthless major investment. What a joke. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."
