"Since our remodel was not very large we were advised they would fit us in between other jobs, which was fine. However, while both owners were on vacation communication became difficult and I found myself calling and leaving messages to find out when someone would be coming by. Also, the measurements for our backsplash were done by Phil when he came out to give us an estimate. He was supposed to place the order so the tile would be ready when our job started. This didn't happen and the order was placed the same week our job started. The workmen were great, especially Ron, Nick, Mike and Vlad. Ron did an outstanding job with our ceiling texture and installing the lights. Ryan (one of the owners) made a point to come over and finish the remaining jobs after we returned from vacation. Overall, the work was well done and we're very happy with the results. Price was great and we liked Phil's attitude when it came to wanting our business (we got 2 other estimates)."

From start to finish, the job was top notch professional and they were meticulous to every detail. There were no surprises and the two day job was done to exacting standards; my new bathroom makeover is gorgeous! Serge has the knowledge to explain every small detail to the layman in terms we understand. "Garrett was a pleasure! Very professional and had a great (very long) pitch. We spent nearly three hours going over everything from Dabella's business ethics to viewing samples of the products and what it could potentially look like in our home. Everything seemed dandy and good quality. However the price was way out of our budget, even with their financing options (in total the price was comparable to my Subaru Legacy!) to convert our shower to a tub. Not to mention that I really didn't like the aesthetic of their acrylic products (which is the only choice btw). We initially had agreed to hire them but I just couldn't commit to something that I fully wasn't in love with. I'm sure other people would find their products appealing, but it just wasn't for us."

In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. We went for a tub/shower combo to a shower with porcelain tiling. It is great. He did a good future proofing it so we don't have the same problem with water damage that ruined the first design. Everything from helping us select the right materials, designing the layout, and completing the installation with quality and attention to detail. Everyone we interacted with was highly professional and left the work site clean. In addition to our decking project, Macc also subcontracted some really great concrete work for us which included a new driveway, front porch, and walkway, as well as some decorative stamped concrete in the backyard. This project went very smoothly and the end result met and exceeded all of our expectations. They also did some repairs to the exterior of our home/roof which included replacement of multiple facia boards at a reasonable price.
