"Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. Through the design phase, we never felt pressured to make decisions, but were kept informed of the timing of the project and when we needed to make decisions in order to schedule the project in a way that minimized the impact to our family. Andrew walked us through each item in the contract and worked with us to make changes to fit our budget and kept us informed on what we could expect for changes for a project like ours.
