"These folks reached out promptly, asked me questions to determine the extent of our situation and what solutions that I had tried, then sent a technician to correct our plumbing problem. They showed up without the needed gear and left my electrical panel off the wall. They came without ladders tall enough to reach everything. Their electricians tripped breakers after being explicitly told why they were installing it... which was to avoid power outages on the circuit They connected to. They also did not pass the first inspection by the city and had to come redo some work. The work was done (mostly) well, it just seems that they are extremely disorganized."
