"If you looked up 'customer service' in the dictionary, you would see Hellman's picture. He double and triple checked our irrigation system to make sure water was not leaking after fixing one valve and taking a rock out of another valve. Plus, he checked all the sprinkler heads and made adjustments as needed to make sure they were directed to the right areas! That is going the extra mile and I sincerely appreciate it. And all this happened a day earlier than originally scheduled thanks to Jeff! Thank you!"

"Would hire Tru Terras again. They were prompt and efficient, and their communication was friendly."

"We were very impressed with Jorge. Our sprinkler system has been running only 4 out of 9 circuits for years and we have had difficulty finding someone who appeared to know what they are doing. It is very difficult for someone to bid the job when they don’t really know what the problem is. We got two other bids, but they were just offhand bids like, $250 a sprinkler relay. Jorge turned on the sprinklers (which the other guys did not do) and in about 20 minutes of going through the circuits he had the whole system diagnosed. He could not, of course, give us a firm price, but we trusted his expertise. The work is not cheap, but his team works fast and knows what they are doing. I think it took about 2 days and he had installed a new controller and got all the circuits working, including one that we thought was buried under the sidewalk, and one that we had never hooked up. We had him come back later to add an additional circuit and put in landscape lighting. He was very patient with me about showing me how to program the controller, since the written instructions that came with it were terrible. He is coming back to winterize the system for us. He is the first person we will call for any of our landscaping equipment maintenance."

"It went incredibly well. Ray Lopez, General Sales Manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was professional, always responsive, friendly and a delight to work with. He was always accommodating and answered all of my many questions promptly. He had some fantastic ideas, e.g. a stone bench, and dark paver trim for the border, which totally enhanced the beauty of the final result. He got us on the schedule early and the job was completed in record time. It turned out better than I'd ever hoped for. The pavers are gorgeous and look even better after it rains! I have use of my front yard for morning coffee or a place to sit and relax in the evening. Every day I look at it and smile because it has completely transformed our front entry, made it functional and infinitely more attractive. Everyone who has come by to see the job (neighbors, friends, even the mail carrier) has commented on how beautifully it turned out. This is one of the very best contractors I have ever worked with. Per their claim, they were On Time, On Budget, and Done Right. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely have them do more work on future paving projects."

"Yard looks great and ready for the holidays."

"He looked at my problems and after our discussions I hired him. He was very professional and courtesy. He proceeded to work on and complete the old sprinkler system. He even replaced some sprinkler head that was broken. I really appreciated his fast and courtesy response. I thought I would have to wait awhile for someone to come and fix it. Looking forward to summer this year with easier watering. I am very pleased with the great work and service ."

"I would use their services in the future."

"I cannot say enough about James and his company! From our initial contact for the sprinkler system estimate, to getting my project on his schedule and follow up in areas of my yard that needed adjustments. He always returned my call or text promptly! He stands by his workmanship and estimate. I highly recommend! It’s great knowing a company that is dependable and there to support your sprinkler system’s future maintenance."

"Project: Home Deck. Good company to work with: both quality and service. If there is a problem encountered, Eugeniu will find a solution and make it right."

"We were pleased with the job done by the crew, Mr Bauer's prompt attention and price. So last year we tried to contact him for lawn service and never got a reply from two voice mails. This year we tried again to reach him for lawn service and after two voice mails with no response at all, we gave up. We have found another service and will not try to hire the Bauer service again. Some independent contractors seem to be very careless about communicating with prospective customers."
