"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I’m thankful Carter Bros was my choice through Angi’s list. The oven portion of my gas range suddenly quit working. Bill came out the same day and was thorough and professional. He was unable to find the source of the failure and said it could be the motherboard and it could fail again and at that point I’ll need to weigh if the cost of replacing that mother board or replacing the 9 year old range makes more sense. I was only charged $199 and he spent over an hour trying to isolate the failure. I appreciate his honesty and not charging me an exorbitant price. I have saved their contact info and will use them whenever I have an appliance failure and will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends."

"Called and got the service the same day for dishwasher repair. Jeremy came on time and repaired it quickly. discussed the issue in details also gave the estimate if the issue happens again. Crisp service, definitely will hire again."

"Ruslan was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and suggested a couple courses of action which one was to get a new oven. I will call on FIX UFA again to install the part I need."

"The refrigerator was repaired in a timely manner. Showed up when they said they would and very good communication."

"Mena has been out to my house to fix my Speed Queen dryer twice. Each time my dryer was back in service with one service appointment I was able to schedule within within 2-3 days. The first time Mena took care of my dryer it was under warranty and kept running without shutting off. I was going through Speed Queen for service and the first company they sent out came 2 or 3 times and each time the problem kept happening, they were unable to diagnose and fix it. Thankfully, I was able to get them to send a second company and Mena came out. He examined my dryer, was able to see some sort of short in the dryer, happened to have the part needed for the repair on the truck, and fixed the problem correctly in that first appointment. My dryer if working fine for over two years now. The second time I had Mena come out, there were metal pieces sticking out of my dryer. He talked with me on the phone, had me send pictures and determined it was the moisture sensor. He ordered part & dryer fixed!"

"My wife and I have been so happy with our experience with Home Squad! From the moment we called to book an estimate to repairing my electrical panel and generator, they have been incredibly friendly people that genuinely sounded intent on doing everything they could to help. I’ve had opportunities to talk to office managers over the phone and you could tell there was a smile on the other side of the phone. Tyler was knowledgeable and willing to talk through our requests of work. All work was done professionally, clean, and prompt. I’m a contractor myself and even I was very pleased with everything I’ve seen. No one wants to spend money on unexpected occurrences, nor does anyone look forward to spending money on electrical repairs, however the costs, coupled with the work and overall experience made us believe in the service industry once again. Thank you Home Squad."
