"This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. "Very, very well.  I called Bill Walde for an estimate which he gave to me on 4/27/11.  He commenced his work promptly and finished in a timely manner.  His work is extremely careful and neat.  He oversees his assistants in a business-like way.

Mr. Walde is a most honorable man and does what he says he will do.  In addition, he guarantees his work and will return to make any needed adjustments.  I have used him to paint the house exterior and also the interior in the past and have always found him to be thoroughly reliable, fair and responsible.
