What was left on our tan carpets are darker colored stripes where the edge of the cleaning head was pulled along. <br /> <br /> After posting this review, I called Jimmy Stuarts to see if they would help me resolve the streaks on the carpets. <br /> <br /> I was greeted with a friendly receptionist who seemed to already be aware of my issues and forwarded me immediately to a manager. The manager explained that the streaking sometimes happens and they would be happy to come out and address the two rooms that had the issues. <br /> <br /> He further indicated that Angie's List reviews were important to them and he had wished I had called before posting. <br /> <br /> Aside from the initial streaking problem, I give Jimmy Stuart's full credit for how they handled the follow-up. The Tech arrived on time, was friendly and did a fine job removing the streaking in the carpet with his cleaning equipment. <br /> <br /> Overall, I was happy with how the company responded to my request for a follow-up. These service issues can happen to any company, it is how they respond to them that shows the character of the business. "This is an excellent multi-generational family-run business that takes pride in their work. Tom ran us through lots of options and gave his expert opinions without making us feel rushed or foolish with our questions. He worked to optimize the material so we wouldn't need to buy more than necessary. He also slotted us into his busy schedule to get the job done quickly. The installers were extremely courteous, professional, friendly, and skilled. The carpet in our bonus room and stairs looks and feels spectacular. They did an excellent job with cleanup as well. Highly recommend!"

"Very good experience. The old counter tops had been removed by our contractor and the counters were elevated and leveled by him. We went to the Spectrum showroom and had many choices available to us. We were able to take home several samples, which was important because one that was originally our favorite did not look pleasing at all once it was in the kitchen. We returned to the showroom with our choice and then chose our edging and sink options. The options were very easy to visualize on their demonstration samples and posters. We set up a date for the installer to come and measure. He arrived on time with some high tech equipment and did a very professional job. He was very pleasant. Once we got the official quote for cost of materials and installation we made a down payment and scheduled a date for installation. The installers were also very professional and did a very fine job. Maria is the woman who handled all the arrangements and ordering. She was very careful at each point to review our choices so that we would be getting exactly what we expected. She was gracious and very professional. We are very pleased, and would not hesitate to use Spectrum again for another project. (I am posting 3 pictures, but there were also two other counter areas that were installed that do not show in the pictures. The area with the sink was the main area.)"
