They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. Great guys and fair pricing...highly recommended"

"I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.  
he does provide some additional info on how to keep this from happening which i appreciated.

"They came out to see what type of repair needed to be completed and they did an excellent job of explaining the different options available for purchase. On day of repair, they were on time and kept everything nice and clean during the replacement process. They even fixed a minor issue they noticed while doing the replacement under the sink for no additional charge since they were working right there."

He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. "Despite a bit of a miscommunication and us canceling on him twice, Matt was extremely accommodating, went out of his way to fit us in, and did great work. They used plastic sheeting to protect the entire bathroom and had exhaust running to outside. The smell isn't as awful as expected after reading other reviews. Just smells like spray paint. Jeff Fendt called me at 7:01 am and said that he could send someone, Steven, at 11:00 am that morning and I couldn't have been happier! Steven not only brought the new toilet but he had the happiest, most easy going personality to go along with his hard working ethics and could not have been any kinder to me, a disabled person. "Outstanding! Tony was able to come to the condo within the hour. He had the missing part and explained what he needed to do and the charges before the work was started. He replaced the valve in quick order (allowing the water to be turned on in the condo) and when he was done, he further clarified what needed to be done to replace the trim kit and provided some options to reduce the overall cost by finding us replacement parts on line. In the end, he saved us an additional $160 by sending us to Home Depot for the new part."

The job was done with the highest degree of professionalism and the cost was reasonable. I was so pleased that I scheduled a second appointment on 11/23/2015 for power4 rodding and to install bathroom faucet.

The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.
