"It took almost a month to complete this project, all of this time the old shower was un-usable and so was most of the bathroom. During which getting any information was difficult at best. The installer would just randomly show up at the rental without any warning. When it was done, the show broke on first use, the water wouldn't shut off, and they had to come back and fix the install. "Neil, the owner of the Co came personally to show what was available when I asked for bids from local builders. That was nice and he seemed very pleasant and honest. I contracted with the company that day without hesitation. I was sad it took about 6 weeks before they could come do my shower, but that also had been told to me upfront. When the time came for my shower, I was SO excited. I was told in the beginning the install would take about a week. Neil had given me some beautiful pictures of the shower I had chosen. Angelo was my installer. He got really sick during the week and unfortunately, his work suffered. There were several things that needed fixed, including a bad leak that prevented me from using the shower. NO problem! Angelo was in bed very sick for a few days, when he came back.. he did everything to make me happy and was very pleasant and nice while working. The outcome was beautiful! However , another small problem popped op and I had to call again for a fix. The shower was leaking all over my floor again! I had been dealing with DJ ( Angelo's boss it seems but I don't think he ever actually installs anything) both he and Angelo came back a few days after I called and looked at the problem. DJ was VERY rude during this visit and I expressed my dissapointment to ,Neil. Angelo happily fixed the problem. All these repairs came out if Angelo's pocket , but he never complained. My shower is very nice now and overall I am very happy. It was very nice that my problems were addressed and solved without my having any hassle. I found out later that nothing was said to DJ about his attitude although he fired Angelo! That was shocking as Angelo fixed his mistakes with no fuss.. the original problem wasn't because he was a bad worker, it was because he was very very sick with an infection and fever, should probably have gone home a couple days sooner and then just come back and finished the shower.. instead, he struggled through and he ended up having to go into his pocket to fix what he had done wrong. And they fired him for that? I think that was wrong. He was paid a small portion of what I paid in cash for my shower, but all the repairs came out of his pocket, not the company!"

"I called Gary on Thursday March 21st and he started the following day.  Gary helped with the list of materials I bought for his use and gave excellent advice.  He finished on Wednesday the 27th and did a fantastic job.  The fan is installed properly, the new grout makes the shower look brand new and the new tile and baseboard look great.  Gary is friendly, professional, prompt and honest.  I've already hired him for more work and won't hesitate to do so again in the future.  I highly recommend Gary Reardon and Reardon Carpentry Services for any carpentry, handyman task or bathroom remodel."
