He removed wall plates and covered trim. He asked me to look after the first coat to make sure he was doing what I wanted. Then, when finished - it was so beautiful! So I hired them for more work I needed done. I had no difficulty scheduling. Mr Massarone and his associate were very professional. They arrived on time. This was a big and difficult job that included removing 1970s wallpaper which had been applied on almost every surface, including the kitchen ceiling. It did not strip easily. These guys did an absolutely beautiful job. The kitchen ceiling is flawless. You would never imagine what it used to look like. They finished on time. They were very neat.
