"Mr Cortez pushes himself to make sure the job turns out to be 1st class. Other companies said that I did not need a trench around my foundation ($2500) but he insisted I did. During a hard rain after he had completed the trench drain he showed me where the water was coming in. It was a lot of water. If the other companies had did the job it would have ruined all the work, and been a waist of money. His crew has works from 8 to 5 each day, and I mean work.He is also very kind and trustworthy.
