I had requested a built-in fold away ironing board in a tower linen cabinet drawer. I shipped it to him and he installed it while building the cabinets. I am thrilled with it! "Superb from start to finish. I am an amateur DYI’r and had pulled up much of the previous flooring myself. When taking quotes from several companies, Wuality Rennovation were in line with others in terms of fees. What set them apart was Isaac listening to me, not talking down to me, demonstrating that he knew “I knew” something about what needed to be done. The others treated me like they were the experts and I knew nothing even though I spent the past month pulling up engineered hard wood floors and tiles. Issac also didn’t try to exclude things. He then staffed it with one of the most skilled, nicest, and artisan tile installers, Rubin. Rubin spent quality time on each and ever tile making certain there were no air pockets, that it was level, and that the design was both with integrity but also visually appealing (he took the time to show me the different ways it could be laid, talked to me about manufacturer recommendations). Rubin worked long hours including Saturdays to get it done for me and thought about things like getting the laundry room done asap so I could also run my household during the project. It’s always a good idea to take multiple quotes for any major renovations. You will find their pricing competitive or even lower if you ask if there are exclusions but more importantly you will get people who listen, take the time to understand, show up each and ever day and do the highest quality work. I told Issac at the end I would willingly pay more than the quoted price if I had extra budget, they are no joke that good. I don’t ever leave reviews but felt so strongly about writing this one. I am happy to be a reference for anyone looking to hire QUALITY Innovations!"

"Rene remodeled a bathroom for me. The entire experience was a pleasure. While I was very happy with the work, I had a small issue later that required some follow up. Rene came quickly and covered the repair with no questions asked. Definitely stand behind their work. Splash is a definite recommend!"

"It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend? Emphatic YES. If you're reading this far, you already missed making your appointment with him. Next project"

He took me to places to look at various types of tile and granite to be used in both of the bathroom restorations and his crew got the work done quickly and efficiently.
