"We had a Hunter sprinkler system installed in our front, back & side yards. We also had St Augustine sod put down in the front and side yards. The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard. We can’t say enough to express how pleased we are with the entire process and final results. Andrew Gray, the owner, responded promptly from initial contact as well as any time I had a question and needed to reach him. After installation he explained the controller to us and made sure the everything was working well and to our satisfaction. It’s nice to find an honest company that is responsive and takes pride in their work and customer service. We highly recommend them."

"Yes, I had an unknown leak in my yard and they found the leak and repaired. I wish they would have taken photos before putting dirt back in the ground. My suggestion would be to take photos with repairs and provide itemized bill. I was quoted hourly rate but at the end of the repair they charged me the rate and then added on supply cost. I was given a price of $165 the day before and then $180 per hour on the next day. I decided to move forward with the repair but did not like the price changes. Total cost came to about $1000 for all the repairs and sprinkler system tune up. Time will tell if they repaired. Overall very professinal but on the expensive side. "

"I've used Collin County Sprinkler for both repairs and to add zones to my current irrigation system. I've enjoyed working with their friendly and competent staff. They show up on time for their appointment and complete the work that has been agreed too. During their last visit, Jorge pointed out a couple of issues that needed to be repaired that I had missed when I did my own inspection of the system. These additional items were repaired while Jorge and his crew were on site. I will use these folks again when I need future work on my irrigation system"

"While getting ready for Spring, I tried the sprinkler system. To my surprise, none of the zones worked. I contacted Montiel's Sprinklers for help. They showed up when they promised. I showed them the problem and they took it from there. I was surprised how quickly they were able to troubleshot the problem. They gave me an estimate on the spot. The repair was successful and soon all of my zones were working again. They also made recommendations to make the irrigation more uniform over my lawn. If you are looking for a hard-working, talented team, this the one you want."

"They arrived on time.  Because of the size of the tree large equipment was require to be used, they prepared my lawn where they were going to drive the equipment with plywood to keep from damaging my yard.  They were very careful not to drop the very large and heavy limbs from the tree onto my roof or chimney.  They also cut an additional tree from near the creek.  They did an awesome job of grinding the stumps, clean up the debris and hauling off the large timber that was left from cutting these trees down.  Carlos also took the time to research a better alternative to household foam to doctor the tree that needed help.  The whole job took a day longer than what was estimated but they kept working on a Saturday to finish and didn't put me off to the next week.  Unfortunately while doing the work they encountered a crazy neighbor that insisted that the tree was on her property.  They stop the work and gave me time make sure that it was indeed my property.  She went so far as to call the police and the police came over and assessed the tree to be on my property.  They were very patient in dealing with this situation.  Unfortunately she and I have a history so she is now trying very hard to take out her anger on the tree service as opposed to me because she can't win this argument.  I would definitely recommend and use this tree service again.  I have use two other tree services before and both did not show this much professionalism and knowledge about tree.  Next week I plan on using them to plant trees where the old ones were. <br />"
