"My 12-year-old water heater was on its way out, and it was finally time to replace it. Iâ ve always wanted to go tankless, so after many hours of research and finding reputable local plumbers in my area, I reached out to the Water Heater Company to analyze my current situation and come up with a replacement solution. Again, my goal was to go tankless; however, after Tanner from The Water Heather company surveyed my property and went over all my options, it was determined the configuration of my main gas line and proper placement of the unit would not be conducive to install a tankless unit as there were many obstacles, hours of labor, and resorting back to a tank heater would be the best option for me. Tanner suggested I go with a company called Bradford White, which has fantastic reviews and a unit that will give me some longevity. I decided to have Tanner install the unit, which included all-new copper fittings and much more. This company knows water heaters, and I appreciate his honesty that he could install a tankless heater, but financially, the layout of my house would not be in my best interest. Therefore, I felt comfortable working with The Water Heater Company to install my new Bradford White gas tank water heater. Tanner was highly professional, cleaned up after the job, and went through everything he did installing my new tank. "Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"In the process of buying a home, we had Tony’s to give an estimate on the inspection report items found. Even though he was busy he arranged his time to fit it into his day. His quote was reasonable. After buying the house we hired Tony’s to do the inspection repairs and was able to get an appt quickly. Chris and Winston were very nice and professional. It took longer to complete the job but that happens. On one of the days they were to come back to work, we had appts at the DMV so I arranged for Chris to drive over and pick up the house key so they could work while we were stuck waiting. The work they did passed the city’s inspection as well. Just as Chris and Winston were finishing up the job, the pilot light go out on the water heater. Thankfully the tank was still under warranty so the part was free. Once the part came in Paul was able to install it that day, which was a Fri so we would have hot water over the weekend. Mandie, Angie and Karen were a huge help during the whole process and are all very nice. I truly appreciated their patience with working with me through it all! We are also working with Tony’s to have the sewer pipe repaired and my interaction with John, who is their pro for this type of work has been super nice and patient while explaining things to me and answering my questions on the subject. This repair is still in the strategic stage as the city is involved but I have no doubts in John’s ability to fix the repairs. We also are immensely appreciative in his efforts working with the city! I definitely recommend Tony’s! They will be our plumber for as long as we live here!"

"The gents from Burris were excellent. When I called to have them check our water heater and furnace, they were very responsive. I was concerned that they might not be able to make it out the same day as I was calling in the later part of the afternoon, but they said that they could come that day at 3:30pm. Needless to say, at 3:30 on the dot, they were pulling up to our driveway. That in itself is impressive! They greeted me courteously, didn't chitchat or waste time, but went straight to work checking on the water heater (which had gotten wet during our last big rain), and soon diagnosed the problem. The burner had water in it. Since I was not over their shoulder watching, they certainly could have said I needed a new burner assembly, a new thermocouple, valve control unit, or all three (since those got wet as well) - all of which would have made them more money in parts and labor. Instead, they dumped the water, cleaned and dried out the burner, and got us going again. They even let us know that there might be a future issue with the ignitor, but that as it dried out, it would probably work just fine (they could have just charged us to replace it when it didn't necessarily need to be). They were ethical, actually did troubleshooting to fix the problem instead of simply replacing parts, and ended up charging very reasonably for their labor. They looked at the furnace as well, said they couldn't really get to a thorough exam right away, but contacted one of their associates who could. They went above and beyond in doing so. They could easily have said they needed to come back later - thus saving the job for themselves. Instead, they got us together with someone else, even though it cost them the $$ they would have gotten by keeping that job for themselves. They showed they were more concerned with making sure the customer got what they needed instead of keeping the money and the job. THIS is how a company gets repeat business! I highly recommend Burris Brothers, and will use them again for future plumbing and heating needs."
