"On a Saturday a part (an idler pulley) broke on my garage door opener...I manually closed the door and went online to see who might travel to Yerington NV for a repair... One link had me fill out a short questionnaire regarding address, phone number, email address, was it an emergency, and a brief description of the issue... Within 5 minutes, Michael from Prolift Garage doors called, he again asked the nature of the problem, I told him, but then asked if they serve Yerington...he said â yes, in fact, I have a technician on a call at Silver Springs..as soon as he finishes that job he could swing by and look at my problem... Daniel, the technician did call and stopped at the house...my unit is/was a good quality unit, but it was 20 years old, parts are available, but with supply chain delays caused by you know who, it might be quicker and better to just install a new unit... He had a similar in quality unit on the truck, I think a better unit because it has wifi capability which allows very easy remote control. Everyone I spoke with that day, from an online service girl, Michael and Daniel all were polite, listened, answered questions, excellent service all around...remember this was a Saturday, by the time Daniel arrived it was 6:14 pm, the installation took one hour and he still had one more call to make after me before his weekend could begin...the only thing Danielasked for was a glass of ice so he could drink his can of soda cold over ice...it was a hot evening... $545 total price, on a Saturday late, less than one day, hours actually, from the first call to a fully functioning better than original garage door opener... 5 stars...
